📍Where in the world is Déja? 🌎✨ — Phuket, Thailand 🇹🇭
One of my favorite things about traveling is the new experiences! While in Phuket, I took a trip to the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary (which considers itself the most ethical). The highlight of the tour was being able to feed and bathe the elephants, which was a great experience! We got to swim with them, too. We also learned about typical elephant behaviors, their likes/dislikes, and stories about their lives. We met Fino (born in 1945) and learned that she spent over 60 years of her life working, and the last 10 years before being rescued she worked at a riding camp 🙁 so glad she’s happier now! — Have you traveled to Thailand before?
